Dr. Beatrice Constandache!
I am a sports medicine specialist based in Germany, Münster , originally from Romania and the proud founder of Luz Innovations Medical Academy, where we are redefining how medical education is delivered — with a special focus on sports, regenerative medicine , performance, and prevention.
Over the past decade, I’ve had the privilege of working as a team doctor for both the Romanian Rugby and Athletics National Teams, traveling across Europe and beyond — from London and Lisbon to Doha and Argentina — supporting athletes on some of the world’s biggest stages.
As a medical educator, concussion and Team doctor, and international conference speaker, I’ve always believed that medicine is not just about treating the body — but empowering the human spirit.
