Gloria Folch!
Born and raised in Barcelona, Spain, with an academic background in language and literature, Gloria's professional career has been rooted in investment banking and management roles within publicly traded companies.
After establishing in 2017 her family office ADEQUITA Capital in London -included in the Top-20 Family Offices in London ranking in December 2024, she was driven by a desire to merge extensive corporate experience with a firm belief in the power of small, meaningful changes.
That same year she founded ADVERO Properties, a residential real estate investment company dedicated to providing quality rental housing for middle-income families in Spain. The company was created in response to a significant market shift—from home ownership to rental living—following the 2008 financial crisis.
With a risk profile slightly above government bonds and about to reach 500 homes, ADVERO has consistently generated annual returns of 12% for like-minded investors who have supported the project since its inception.
