Nick Feeney!

Nick Feeney is a coach, mentor, and strategist with over two decades of experience helping people navigate life’s most challenging moments — from boardroom pressures and life-changing events (both good and bad) to deeply personal storms. He works with high-performing individuals, leaders, celebrities, and organisations to help them find clarity, make better choices, and reduce the emotional cost of life’s success.

Nick’s approach combines practical, hands-on support with emotional intelligence, lateral thinking, and a rare ability to shine a light on the blind spots others often miss. His coaching and mentoring style is grounded in real-world experience — not just theory — and shaped by a commitment to finding the kind of support that fits the person, not a one-size-fits-all model. He helps people reconnect with who they are, not just what they do.

In his most recent work, Nick has supported both high-net-worth individuals and professional athletes as they relocate their lives and careers — often expected to hit the ground running while internally processing the disorientation that comes with starting over. He has also led an initiative through Children with Cancer UK to better understand and support fathers whose children are living with, recovering from, or have lost their lives to cancer. Across these very different spaces, a common truth emerges: the emotional toll of change, loss, and pressure often goes unseen and unsupported.

Biologically, emotionally, and neurologically, the human body reacts similarly to all forms of challenge — whether you’re facing grief, relocation, burnout, identity loss, or pressure to perform. Nick’s strength isn’t tied to any one sector.

He’s not about a sector — he’s about the person navigating difficulty.

His work is about helping people process what they’re going through, in whatever form it shows up — with what they have, in the life they’re in.

Even a good challenge can feel overwhelming if you’re not supported — and that’s where Nick’s work makes the biggest difference.

Across every conversation and every piece of work, Nick brings a calm, clear presence and a belief that support should feel like a relief — not another thing to carry. Whether working with a CEO, a father, a founder, or someone quietly burning out, he brings steady insight to help people face what’s in front of them — making sure life doesn’t cost them more than it needs to in that moment.
