She spent over a decade as a TV anchor on BBC World News, specialising in live global coverage, and has covered some of the defining stories of our time from the return of the Taliban in Afghanistan to the wars in Ukraine and Gaza. She takes a particular interest in how the geopolitics of our time are impacting children and women.
