When does the Event Registration open for Elite & Elite Plus Delegates?

Registration starts with a pre event dinner for our Elite, VIP and Speaker guests.

When you arrive at the venue, you'll discover dedicated registration counters. VIP, Elite, Elite plus and Speakers registration is upstairs in the foyer.

I am not a member of the Global Woman Club - Can I still Attend?

Absolutely. You are very welcome. We have many members coming from all over the world but many delegates will be joining us for the first time. This Summit is open to everyone and you don’t need to be a member to join.

Can Men attend?

Absolutely. This is a platform dedicated to empower women around the world but men are welcome too. In fact, we encourage men to join us as we recently have launched the Global Man Club. So yes please, you are welcome.

Is there any parking available?

Yes, info regarding the venue's parking is available on request

Is the event recorded?

The event will be recorded but only the members of the Global Woman Club will be able to access it via the Members Portal after the event.

What is the agenda of the event?

The event kicks off at 9 am and wraps up around 7 pm local time! During the event, we'll delve into key subjects such as Health & Wellness on Day 1 and Business & Investment on day 2.

How can I book accommodation?

I have bought a ticket but I can’t attend - Can I have a refund?

You can transfer the ticket to someone else instead - tickets are not refundable. For any transfers please email [email protected]

I have a General ticket and I would like to upgrade to the Elite. How do I do this?

I bought a price ticket but I would love to attend the VIP welcome reception, is there a ticket just for the reception?

No, unfortunately you would need to upgrade your ticket to the Elite ticket. Please email [email protected] to upgrade.

Is the venue accessible for individuals with disabilities?

It is however please do email us on [email protected] this way we can assist you on your arrival.

Will food and beverages be provided?

It depends on your ticket type, Food is only provided for VIP, Elite and Elite Plus if you would like to upgrade please contact [email protected]

We recommend smart casual attire but want you to feel comfortable. Wear what makes you feel your best!
