Prof. Gabriele Pao-Pei Andreoli, MD serves as President of the Institute for Advanced Studies and Cooperation (IASC), an international foundation committed to advancing interdisciplinary research and cooperation among governments, universities, and strategic institutions across fields such as regenerative medicine, the governance of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, sustainable development, scientific diplomacy, and initiatives in service of peace, human dignity, and responsible innovation.
He also serves as External Advisor to the Minister of Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Albania, contributing to strategic initiatives that support innovation, international cooperation..
He serves as President of Ethical AI at the Lega Italiana dei Diritti dell’Uomo (LiDU) and as Liaison Representative to the Pontifical Academy of Theology in Vatican City, where he contributes to international dialogue on the ethical, cultural, and anthropological implications of emerging technologies, fostering a constructive encounter between scientific progress, human values, and spiritual reflection.
Prof. Andreoli is also a member of the Council for International Human Rights of the Military Ordinariate of Venezuela, in collaboration with the International Office O.O.M.M. – Human Rights Department, a role that further reflects his commitment to human dignity, ethical responsibility, and international humanitarian cooperation.
In February 2026, he was appointed Vice Chair of the Governance, Ethics & Membership Commission of the Global Esports Federation (GEF), where he supports the advancement of integrity, transparency, and inclusive governance within global digital and institutional frameworks.
He is the Founder of the Quantum Balkan Initiative (QBI), a platform dedicated to advancing quantum science, post-quantum security, and scientific diplomacy across Southeastern Europe. He is also Founder and Director of the World Changers Summit, an international platform convening leaders, scientists, and innovators to promote ethical progress, peace, and international cooperation.
