Sushma Bhanot!

Sushma Bhanot is a pharmacist by profession. She is the founder and co-director of Coolherbals -the No. 1 Health & Wellbeing company in the UK. She has worked tirelessly to inspire women to be the best in their business as well as training and educating women in gaining skills in health and beauty to branch

out and have a career for themselves. She has given them life skills to be financially independent.

She would like to be a pillar of support for such people and already is achieving this. She feels she has the power to collectively change the world through her work and already has made an impact.

Taking part in Education and Training conferences, she has been a source of guidance inregards to career development for many young females, particularly in the South Asian demographic segment.

Sushma is a true inspiration to others and women who individually have the power to inspire future generations and collectively have the power to change our country for the better.

Sushma in essence is this. She qualified as a pharmacist and very soon had two pharmacies, which she ran with her husband. At the same time, she was bringing up three children and living in an extended family, looking after everyone.

Boots the Chemist approached them and the two pharmacies were sold. Her passion was in health and wellbeing and the company Coolherbals was started. The mission statement of this company was promoting health and wellbeing the natural way.

The science of Ayurveda was brought to the masses. An Ayurvedic skincare range was launched. Ayurvedic therapies were made available to the public by way of salons and therapists. Now there are 4000 therapists trained by Coolherbals. The company has reached a national level and is slowly becoming international, with customers as far as Malta and Japan.

The Ayurveda Institute of Europe was started with Lord Dholakia as the Patron, this enabled the company to have accredited courses in therapies such as massage, facials, and Shirodhara ( a specialized oil therapy). The Federation of Holistic Therapies recognized these courses. Researching into these new courses and developing them before making them available to students required a lot of work, but it now meant that new innovative therapies wereavailable. The Ayurveda Institute of Europe is the largest college of its kind in the UK, helping other students to take up courses and realise their goals.

Sushma is author of 3 books which were published and now are used nationally by therapists in their work. Slimmer in one hour, Slim forever.-An Ayurvedic way to health. Secrets of how to do Ayurvedic Massages ...head to toe.
